I am writing regarding order #ORD-0084-CMH-9681 placed with Defense, Defense & Associates on February 12, 2025. I paid $714.36 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tommie K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Defense, Defense & Associates remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.

I'm updating my complaint because Defense, Defense & Associates finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
