Poor quality gift card from Mega Trade
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Mega Trade on April 5, 2025 for several items including furniture (order #ORD-1995-VAH-9799). The order was charged to my account ($432.76), but received poor customer service. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Enrique G., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like Mega Trade to waive the cancellation fees.
