Misleading product description on Mega Trade website
Complaint Details
I ordered beauty product from Mega Trade's website on March 2, 2025 (order #ORD-6394-NCP-5713). When the package arrived, is missing essential components. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Demarcus S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Mega Trade to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.
