Online order cancellation issues with Mega Trade
Complaint Details
I ordered toy from Mega Trade's website on February 9, 2025 (order #ORD-9463-ZKN-2662). When the package arrived, discovered data privacy issues. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Randall O. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Mega Trade will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.
