I had an appointment at Balance Physicians on March 13, 2025 for medical consultation. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and couldn't access my account. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Gunner S., but have received no satisfactory response. I am asking Balance Physicians to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Balance Physicians, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my headphones. This is extremely frustrating.
