After subscribing to TechCloud Turin Ltd.'s data backup on March 5, 2025, I've experienced constant is missing essential components. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-4995-RUL-7384) and spent hours on calls with Solon S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like TechCloud Turin Ltd. to fix the billing error.
