Complaint Details

I purchased a wireless earbuds from TechCloud Turin Ltd. on February 13, 2025 for $529.22. After only was sold expired products, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Marcelo B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, TechCloud Turin Ltd. is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect TechCloud Turin Ltd. to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.

After speaking with Sarah Martinez from the Customer Success at TechCloud Turin Ltd., I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
