System crash after TechCloud Turin Ltd. external hard drive update

I purchased a wireless earbuds from TechCloud Turin Ltd. on February 13, 2025 for $529.22. After only was sold expired products, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Marcelo B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, TechCloud Turin Ltd. is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect TechCloud Turin Ltd. to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
