I'm writing to report serious security concerns with TechCloud Turin Ltd.'s router. After the update on March 6, 2025, I discovered is missing essential components that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Joesph C., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I would like TechCloud Turin Ltd. to upgrade my service at no additional cost.

After my initial complaint, TechCloud Turin Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the restaurant order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
