I want to report a serious concern with Scholar Institute's equipment that I purchased on February 8, 2025 from your Mackview, Kansas store. The product has was transferred multiple times without resolution despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kurt L., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Scholar Institute implement better quality control as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Scholar Institute not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
