Frustrated with Housing of Select Holdings's lack of response

On December 17, 2024, I signed up for Housing of Select Holdings's membership program at their Bernhardville, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $770.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genevieve W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Housing of Select Holdings ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Housing of Select Holdings, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my air purifier. This is extremely frustrating.
