Complaint Details
I placed an order with Haus & Co on March 5, 2025 for several items including bedding set (order #ORD-3789-CJW-7678). The order was charged to my account ($277.86), but encountered rude staff. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Miguel D., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that Haus & Co expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.

May 15, 2025 05:29After my initial complaint, Haus & Co contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
