I am writing regarding order #ORD-9626-TZP-4486 placed with Builders Bros Holdings on January 18, 2025. I paid $691.97 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garrison F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Builders Bros Holdings to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
