I am writing regarding order #ORD-9626-TZP-4486 placed with Builders Bros Holdings on January 18, 2025. I paid $691.97 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garrison F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Builders Bros Holdings to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

After my initial complaint, Builders Bros Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the dress shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
