I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Builders Bros Holdings. After paying $783.57 for system, I found that it failed to receive confirmation. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Claud B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Builders Bros Holdings to take responsibility and correct my personal information.

May 05, 2025 05:32Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $401.30 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
