I have been a loyal customer of Realty of Luxury for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8941-QCD-6679) on April 25, 2025, and have encountered found foreign objects in the product. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Realty of Luxury to honor the warranty.

After my initial complaint, Realty of Luxury contacted me to troubleshoot the blender. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
