Hidden fees discovered from Realty of Luxury

I purchased a membership from Realty of Luxury on December 2, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Donavon P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Realty of Luxury to make this right by provide the promised service.

May 18, 2025 05:26Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $161.77 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
