I'm writing to report serious security concerns with AI Technologies Inc.'s laptop. After the update on March 22, 2025, I discovered discovered data privacy issues that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Lera S., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am asking AI Technologies Inc. to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.

May 21, 2025 05:34I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The catering service from AI Technologies Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
