Complaint Details

After subscribing to AI Technologies Inc.'s data backup on January 13, 2025, I've experienced constant failed to receive confirmation. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0652-HZL-9057) and spent hours on calls with Thaddeus D. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that AI Technologies Inc. deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

I'm updating my complaint because AI Technologies Inc. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the subscription box, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
