I ordered beauty product from Super Store Central's website on May 17, 2025 (order #ORD-8539-CTL-0619). When the package arrived, received a damaged replacement item. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Winnifred R. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Super Store Central to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.

The situation with Super Store Central has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the priority service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-496BD335 multiple times.
