I ordered electronic device from Super Store Central's website on April 25, 2025 (order #ORD-4649-AST-2929). When the package arrived, received poor customer service. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Janet V. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that Super Store Central correct my personal information as soon as possible.
