While consuming a packaged goods purchased from Quality & Chef Pak Kret on February 3, 2025, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I immediately contacted store management and spoke with Lucas B. who took my information but offered no resolution. This represents a serious health and safety concern. I am requesting that Quality & Chef Pak Kret provide the documentation I requested as soon as possible.

I want to acknowledge that Quality & Chef Pak Kret has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $195.75 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $195.75 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
