I am writing regarding order #ORD-8934-GAP-2481 placed with Advance Training Harbin on March 20, 2025. I paid $33.64 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nels B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Advance Training Harbin offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.

After speaking with Alex Allen from the Customer Success at Advance Training Harbin, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
