I am writing regarding order #ORD-9212-NJA-2090 placed with Advance Training Harbin on January 12, 2025. I paid $206.04 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered received the wrong item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felton M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Advance Training Harbin to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.

I'm updating my complaint because Advance Training Harbin finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the athletic shoes, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
