I have been a loyal customer of Advance Training Harbin for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-4355-NXP-3169) on May 11, 2025, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Advance Training Harbin to take responsibility and resolve the technical issues.

I appreciate Advance Training Harbin reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement handbag has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
