I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from The Advance School Group. After paying $634.6 for device, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Verda U., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like The Advance School Group to issue a formal apology.

It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and The Advance School Group still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their priority service.
