I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Vicky W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking The Advance School Group to make this right by deliver the missing items.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from The Advance School Group, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my handbag. This is extremely frustrating.
