I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8085-JRV-9256) on April 8, 2025, and have encountered was overcharged for basic service. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises will address this issue by issue a formal apology.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
