Billing dispute with Ultimate Architecture Changwon

I want to report a serious concern with Ultimate Architecture Changwon's unit that I purchased on April 12, 2025 from your Port Natasha, Oregon store. The product has discovered data privacy issues despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Queenie C., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Ultimate Architecture Changwon to make this right by make their terms and conditions clearer.
