Refund refused by Justice & Practice
Complaint Details
On May 7, 2025, I signed up for Justice & Practice's membership program at their West Mckennafort, New York location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $77.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elfrieda O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Justice & Practice to extend my warranty period.

May 22, 2025 06:02I'm updating my complaint because Justice & Practice finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
