I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Consultants Bilbao for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4941-HTQ-4968) on April 25, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Consulting Consultants Bilbao will address this issue by implement better quality control.

I want to acknowledge that Consulting Consultants Bilbao has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $131.85 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $131.85 for a grocery order that never worked properly.
