On April 27, 2025, I signed up for Consulting Consultants Bilbao's subscription service at their Raumouth, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $714.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zachery D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Consulting Consultants Bilbao to make this right by reimburse me for additional expenses.

After speaking with Taylor Williams from the Client Satisfaction at Consulting Consultants Bilbao, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
