I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Elite Build Group. After paying $821.63 for subscription, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jovan M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Elite Build Group to stop their deceptive business practices.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Elite Build Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
