I have been a loyal customer of United Homes & Sons Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1037-RJU-6254) on March 15, 1977, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
