I had an appointment at Remedy Institute Holdings on March 7, 2025 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and received a damaged replacement item. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Berta L., but have received no satisfactory response. I would like Remedy Institute Holdings to deliver the missing items.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Remedy Institute Holdings has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
