I am writing regarding order #ORD-4016-DAF-9555 placed with Urban Homes Solutions Ltd. on March 26, 2025. I paid $359.67 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was billed multiple times. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marion L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Urban Homes Solutions Ltd. to make this right by provide the promised service.
