I placed an order with TrueDepot St. John's on April 17, 2025 for several items including bedding set (order #ORD-7320-DIU-8373). The order was charged to my account ($120.14), but faced system outages. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Alysa O., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like TrueDepot St. John's to fix the security vulnerability.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, TrueDepot St. John's has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
