On May 7, 2025, I purchased sporting goods from TopMarket's South Harmonberg, New Mexico store for $644.94. The item was advertised as installation, but when I got home, I discovered was denied a refund. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that TopMarket cancel my account without penalty as soon as possible.
