Online order cancellation issues with TopMarket
Complaint Details
I placed an order with TopMarket on May 21, 2025 for several items including furniture (order #ORD-1772-CLM-3246). The order was charged to my account ($292.72), but received conflicting information from representatives. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Jeremy H., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect TopMarket to take responsibility and update their return policy.

May 05, 2025 05:57Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $376.76 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
