Complaint Details

I placed an order with TopMarket on January 20, 2025 for several items including toy (order #ORD-7549-XDY-7000). The order was charged to my account ($490.49), but arrived significantly late. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Margarita H., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like TopMarket to offer compensation for the time wasted.

I want to acknowledge that TopMarket has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $433.15 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $433.15 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
