I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Solid-Design. After paying $450 for system, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Emie K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Solid-Design to make this right by implement better quality control.
