Solid-Design refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9826-BON-8642 placed with Solid-Design on December 16, 2012. I paid $893.88 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brad Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 11, 2025 05:36I want to acknowledge that Solid-Design has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $329.16 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $329.16 for a camera that never worked properly.
