I am writing regarding order #ORD-9826-BON-8642 placed with Solid-Design on December 16, 2012. I paid $893.88 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brad Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Solid-Design has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $329.16 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $329.16 for a camera that never worked properly.
