I'm writing to complain about the return policy I received from Solid-Design. After paying $379.94 for service plan, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Patsy S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Solid-Design to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.

I want to acknowledge that Solid-Design has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $274.29 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $274.29 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
