Frustrated with Quality Build Associates Cologne's lack of response

On September 20, 1990, I signed up for Quality Build Associates Cologne's troubleshooting service at their Gusikowskimouth, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $366.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ariane U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
