Price discrepancy at TrueSupply International store
Complaint Details
I ordered shoes from TrueSupply International's website on January 27, 2025 (order #ORD-9804-HER-7628). When the package arrived, was sold expired products. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Dessie Y. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect TrueSupply International to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
