Gift card issues with TrueSupply International
Complaint Details
I placed an order with TrueSupply International on December 26, 2024 for several items including bedding set (order #ORD-2187-HLR-8860). The order was charged to my account ($375.25), but was transferred multiple times without resolution. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Shad H., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like TrueSupply International to correct my personal information.
