Unsatisfactory resolution from Domain & Partners León
Complaint Details
On May 15, 2025, I signed up for Domain & Partners León's delivery service at their New Damionhaven, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $194, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pearline O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Domain & Partners León will address this issue by fix the security vulnerability.

May 09, 2025 05:57I want to acknowledge that Domain & Partners León has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $270.13 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $270.13 for a cookware set that never worked properly.
