Poor customer service experience with Prestige Land Partners São Luís

On May 19, 2025, I signed up for Prestige Land Partners São Luís's maintenance plan at their Efrainton, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $517.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marta T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Prestige Land Partners São Luís will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.
