Online order cancellation issues with Trade & Central
Complaint Details
I ordered luggage from Trade & Central's website on March 12, 2025 (order #ORD-4601-YKD-5930). When the package arrived, failed to receive confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Alfred N. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Trade & Central to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.

May 14, 2025 05:42I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Trade & Central not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
