I'm writing to complain about the return policy I received from Domain & Development. After paying $562.59 for product, I found that it experienced website errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jayce R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Domain & Development implement better quality control as soon as possible.

After speaking with James Thomas from the Technical Support at Domain & Development, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
