I purchased a membership from Domain & Development on May 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eunice M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Domain & Development to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
