Account problems with The Summit Class
Complaint Details
On April 8, 2025, I signed up for The Summit Class's support line at their South Krystelbury, Texas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $594.06, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mavis W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope The Summit Class will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
